About Me

Hello and a warm welcome. :)

If you’re reading this, perhaps something in your life feels heavy, confusing, or painful right now.

I want you to know that you’re not alone, and wanting to contact for help is a strong first step.

My name is Maggie, and I’m a bilingual psychologist and psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience in the field of mental health, including 5 years of clinical practice.

Whether you are facing anxiety, low mood, identity struggles, or simply feeling lost, I’m here to offer a calm, supportive space where we can begin to explore things gently, at your pace.

These sessions are not about artistic skill, but about expression, emotion, and gentle exploration. You are welcome exactly as you are.
